WHO WE SERVE
Provident Place serves ambulatory developmentally disabled adolescent and adult males. Our clients need supervised and structured care. Provident Place provides a warm family environment which enables our clients to develop and grow.
24/7 SERVICES
We provide quality, dependable and protective care 24 hours per day seven days per week. Our services include medical and/or behavioral needs which encompasses the individual needs of each client.
RELATIONSHIPS
Maintaining healthy, happy relationships is important. We strive to ensure our clients with special needs maintain active relationships with peers, family, staff and significant others.

OUR TEAM
Provident Place has a multi-disciplinary team to provide a wealth of services. We have a cohesive team that includes QIDP, behavioral analyst and behaviorist, psychiatrist/MD, recreational therapist, speech therapist, program instructors/managers and more.
